When you eat Iranian food known as Persian food you can see its influence in the cooking of many countries, such as Arab countries to India and across the Middle East. 

With a variety of dishes that use fresh fruit vegetables, and aromatic herbs and serve with rice and small amounts of meat, which has its unique style. The dishes are sweet and sour or spicy, you can find a dish to suit you.

However, in Iran, the famous national dish is Chelow Kabab Kobideh. The meal is delicious, consisting of two skewers of finely minced lamb kebab and served with Persian saffroned rice or fresh naan bread, and grilled tomatoes. There are several distinct Persian varieties. This dish is served throughout any Persian restaurant today in the UK.
